A Carajillo for the Holidays

The Carajillo is one of the most popular drinks in Mexico for good reason. It is simple, comforting, and delicious. The classic version is just espresso and Licor 43, a Spanish vanilla-spiced liqueur. Adding tequila is not traditional, but the flavor fit is natural.
Isaiah (@onesipclub) and I were talking about seasonal ideas and this one came together quickly. It surprised me in the best way. I have already made several and December has barely started.
Save this for the colder months because it works for any holiday moment.
