Sesame Chicken Wings

12 chicken wings (about 3 pounds)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons dry sherry

1 tablespoon grated, peeled ginger root

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 400 In an 9x13 pan, toss wings with all but seeds Bake 45 minutes, basting often with mixture in pan (Add water if it looks dry) Brush with 21 maple syrup; sprinkle with seeds Bake 15 minutes Slice romaine and put on platter Arrange wings on top of romaine Pour dripppings over both
