180g ground chicken, raw
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp water
3 eggs
1 green onion
3/4 cup cooked rice
1/3 second spray oil

How to make it yourself:
Instrucciones
Thinly dice your green onions
In a bowl, mix together black pepper, oyster sauce, and water
On a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, add your ground chicken, and cook until done
Crack 3 eggs on top and pour your sauce over everything
Cover with a lid and let the eggs cook until desired doneness. Ideally, keep the yolk a bit runny!
In a bowl, add your steamed rice, lay your chicken and eggs on top, and top it off with green onions and enjoy
