Honey, Garlic, Chilli Chicken Noodles

1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
80g tenderstem broccoli, sliced
1tbs light soy sauce
500g chicken, diced
3 large cloves garlic, finely grated
A thumb of ginger, finely grated
1-2tsp chilli oil (or to taste)
2tbs honey
1tbs light soy sauce
600g of ready to wok noodles
2tbs dark soy sauce
Spring onions, red chilli and sesame seeds to garnish.
Instrucciones
Stir fry the vegetables with 1tbs light soy until they’re starting to soften, then remove from the pan. Adding the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Mix together all the sauce ingredients (garlic, ginger, chilli oil, honey and soy) and then add that into the cooked chicken. Cook for a minute or so and then add in the cooked vegetables and noodles. Cook this on a high heat adding in the dark soy and mix in well. Garnish. Serve and Enjoy!
