Southwestern Spice Blend

Ingredientes

1/4 cup salt

3 tablespoons garlic powder

3 tablespoosn ground cumin

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespooons pepper

2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa

Instrucciones

Combine all ingredieents in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month. Use as a meat or poultry rub or to flavor chili and soups.

Dolly says: "I rub this stuff on just about everything. It's really good on chicken and steak that you just toss on the grill. I even stir it into chili and nice thicke soups."
