to make hot chocolate:
Instrucciones
combine 2 cups of whole milk and half of a dark chocolate (72% cocoa) Ghirardelli bar into a pot
simmer and stir over low heat until chocolate has melted
to make cinnamon whipped cream:
combine about 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and 1-2 tbsp ground cinnamon in mason jar
shake vigorously until cream has thickened to desired whipped texture
to make cocktail:
1.5 oz mezcal
5 oz crème de cacao
2 dashes chocolate bitters
fill glass with hot chocolate and leave a bit of room for whipped cream
pour cinnamon whipped cream over back of a spoon
garnish with grated dark chocolate
