Gin Sour

Ingredientes

2 ounces gin (2 1/2 oz for flavored gin)

3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 ounce agave syrup

1 egg white

Garnish: lemon twist or dried edible flowers (optional)

Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters

Instrucciones

Add gin, lemon juice, agave to shaker

Crack an egg white only into the shaker

Close and shake dry for 10-15 seconds vigorously

(Careful opening as the pressure my spray a little)

Add ice, close and shake for 15-20 seconds

Double strain with a mesh strainer into a glass

Garnish with lemon twist or dried flowers and 3 drops of bitters
