Peanut Butter Blossoms

1 3/4 c. (90 g.) all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. (110 g.) packed brown sugar
1/4 c. (50 g.) granulated sugar, plus more for rolling
1 large egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Hershey Kisses, for topping
Instrucciones
Preheat oven to 375°. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment. In small bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat until light in color and fluffy. Beat in egg, then add milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients; beat on low speed until just combined.
Pour some granulated sugar onto a plate. Roll 2 Tbsp. dough into a ball, then roll in sugar. Arrange on prepared sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, spacing at least 2" apart.
Bake cookies until puffed and no longer look raw, 8 to 10minutes. (They won’t brown!)
Immediately top with Hershey Kisses before serving.
