A classic cocktail for today’s throwback! It’s one of the simpler serves you’ll see on the page, but the classics tend to be simplicity done well. What I will say, is a classic needs a good base spirit - if you’re after a good gin you can’t go far from with the fantastic range at @colonsay.gin and their Navy Strength Tonn Mor is a treat in a drink like this!

WHITE LADY:

45ml Gin (I’d recommend Colonsay Navy Strength)

30ml Lemon Juice

22 ½ Cointreau

10ml Simple Syrup

Egg White or Vegan Alternative
