Hey folks! My “work only 80% era” continues and more time for me also means more time for new recipes and new content. I was browsing through the Difford’s Guide and this recipe by Brian Miller, which was created at Death & Co. in 2009, caught my eye:

GILDA 🏜️

60 ml ~ 2 oz Blanco Tequila

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Lime Juice

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup

Garnish: Pineapple leaf 🍍

How to mix it?

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf and enjoy. 💥 Cheers!
