Ingredientes

45-60ml/2oz Aged Jamaican Rum*

7,5ml/0.25oz Dry Curacao

22,5ml/0.75oz Lime Juice

15-22,5ml/0.75oz Cinnamon Syrup

1 passionfruit

Angostura Bitters (float)

HOW: Add all but bitters to a glass filled 2/3 with crushed ice / Swizzle or Churn properly / Add more ice / Float bitters / Garnish

Amount depends on the proof and esters of your Rum, don’t overdo it here. You want juice with bold tropical fruitiness without it overpowering all the other ingredients. Think Hampden The Younger, Worthy Park Reserve, maybe Appleton 12 in combo with a touch of Wray and Nephew... Let it be a fun playing field!
