Montana Daiquiri

Ingredientes

1 3/4 ounces white rum, such as Havana Club

heaping 3/4 ounce lime juice

1/3 ounce rich simple syrup (2:1, sugar to water)

1/6 ounce maraschino liqueur, such as Luxardo

1 barspoon framboise eau de vie, to float, such as G.E. Massenez

Instrucciones

Combine rum, lime, simple syrup and maraschino liqueur in a shaker.

Add ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a coupe, allowing little bits of ice to float on the surface.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry sunk to the bottom of the glass.
