Peach Brandy

Ingredientes

1 quart peaches

3 quarts plums

3 pounds white sugar

1 pound raisins with seeds

1 cake yeast

3 quarts lukewarm water

Instrucciones

Let stand three weeks. Stir every day. Strain and bottle. Let’s stand three more before using.
