Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Step 2: Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in the rolled oats and baking powder until well combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
