Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Ingredientes

2-3lbs pork belly cut in 1inch cubes (skin off)

Ryans rub al purpose seasoning

Hard core carnivore rub

Sauce:

2 cups favorite regular bbq sauce

1/4 cup cherry habernero rib candy

4 tbs butter melted

2 Tbs honey

Mix well

Instrucciones

Heat grill 250

Coat each cube entirely of both rubs…place on wire rack in throw away pan. (If meat doesn’t have enough ouch moisture add your favorite binding add on)

Once internal meat temp hits 165 pull cut in 1/4’s …spread evenly in a 1/2 pan and pour sauce mixture over meat ..fold lightly …completely cover seal….30-45 minutes until meat is melt in your mouth tender

Rest in cambro or cooler/ice chest (not cold) up to 2 hours

When ready place toss in sauce place on wire rack and broil to set and caramelize the sauce to your liking 2-3 minutes

Toothpick and eat immediately!

Notas

You can cook at any grill temperature you like …use internal meat temp to tell you when to pull.
