This tequila riff on the Midnight Oil has been top of mind since I first made it, and I hope you enjoy it even just a fraction as much as I do. A quick tip for ya, you can sub the Ginger and Banana liqueur for homemade syrups if that is more accessible to you! Just let me know and I’ll give you some recipes.

Midnight Oil x Cantera Negra

1 ½ oz | Cantera Negra Reposado Tequila

5 oz | Cantera Negra Café Coffee Liqueur

25 oz | Ginger Liqueur

25 oz | Banana Liqueur

Garnish with a bruleed banana slice

Serve in a chilled coupe
