start off by grabbing your pan and sauté together 4 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, and 1tsp chilli flakes
Once the garlic is lightly browned toss in your veggies of choice (I added carrots, broccoli, and red pepper)
Let that sauté for 2-3min while you prepare the sauce by combining:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2tbsp dark soy sauce
1/3cup water
2tbsp sriracha
1sp brown sugar
1tsp sesame oil
then pour that sauce into your veggies, let that simmer for 2min, toss in your noodles and Enjoy!!
