Rich and Creamy Cheesecake Fudge

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instrucciones
Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
Stir in the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares and enjoy this rich and creamy cheesecake fudge!
