Chicken Mac And Cheese

Ingredientes

1/2 block Velveeta cubed

Shredded cheese

1 c heavy cream

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 # pasta

1 can corn drained

Shredded (rotisserie?) chicken

Taco seasoning

Chicken bouillon

Chopped or dried cilantro

Instrucciones

Boil pasta. Add chicken bouillon to pasta water. In large skillet, Velveeta whipping cream and can of tomatoes. Stir until melted.

Add in chicken, taco seasoning. Mix together. If too thick, add some milk or pasta water. Stir. Add corn.

Combine pasta with sauce. Cover with shredded cheese. Garnish with cilantro. Cover until cheese melts. Serve.
