3 jalapeños, Roasted

3 Small Limes Juiced

1 cup cilantro

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder or 2 cloves Garlic

1 Tsp Cumin

Pinch of Coarse Salt to Taste

1 1/4 cups sour cream
