Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken & Rice Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes

4 bell peppers, halved and deseeded

2 cups cooked rice

1½ cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken

½ cup pineapple tidbits

½ cup teriyaki sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone

Green onions (for topping)

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix chicken, rice, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and half the cheese.

Stuff into bell pepper halves, place in a baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 min.

Remove foil, broil 2–3 min until golden. Garnish with green onions.
