Toba's Brisket

Ingredientes

1 choice cut brisket

1 onion (not diced just for flavor)

1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice

1/2-1 C. water (to fill bottom)

1-1.5 cup chili sauce

0.5-1 pk onion soup mix

1/2 can beer

Instrucciones

Mix and pour on brisket.

Add garlic and salt.
