2 Tbsps Light Butter (30g)

1 Cup Diced White Onion (150g)

1 Cup Diced Canned Tomatoes (240g)

1 Tbsp Garam Masala (7g)

2 Tbsps Turmeric (15g)

2 Tbsps Salt (30g)

2 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (15g)

2 Tbsps Minced Garlic (30g)

2 Tbsps Minced Ginger (30g)

½ Cup Greek Yogurt (0% Fat) (115g)

1oz Cashews (Or Cashew Butter) (28g)

1 ½ Cups Dry White Rice (270g)

2 ½ Cups Chicken Bone Broth (Or Water) (600g)

½ Cup Diced Cilantro (40g)

10 Low Calorie Tortillas (Carb Counter)

Additional Notes:

To reheat the burritos from frozen, follow these steps. Wrap in a wet paper towel, microwave for around 5-6 minutes, and if you like it crispy, toast it on a pan for a few minutes on each side.
