Raspberry vermouth mix 25ml

Black cardamon essence 3 drops

Cocchi di Torino 200ml

Cocchi Rosa 100ml

Dehydrated raspberry 30g

leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours and filter

Black cardamon essence

Vodka 100ml

Black cardamon 5g

leave in sous vide for 4 hours at 55C

Angel’s share” is the evaporation of part of an alcoholic drink during aging in oak barrels. This term is used for cognac, whiskey, brandy and other drinks where the alcohol is aged in porous barrels.
