Ingredients, 1 serve
Protein powder, 30–35g, 1–1.2 oz
Egg whites, 1/2 cup, 125ml, 4 fl oz
Toppings I’d run
PB2 powder, 20g, 0.71 oz
Banana, 50g, 1.8 oz
SF Caramel topping
Blueberries 50g, 1.8 oz
SF Maple Syrup
Cinnamon, sprinkle
Instrucciones
Mix protein and egg whites until smooth. Pour thin into a non stick pan on medium heat. Cook 1–2 minutes each side. Keep it thin or it goes rubbery. Add toppings and fold.
