Start Your Day with a Vibrant Burst of Antioxidants and Prot

Berry Compote
200g frozen strawberries
200g frozen raspberries
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp milled flaxseed
Matcha Yogurt
400g Greek yogurt - I like Fage 5%
2 tsp matcha - I use Perfect Ted
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Topping
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instrucciones
Add the frozen strawberries, raspberries and maple syrup or honey and cook over medium heat and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and become saucy.
Stir in the flaxseeds and continue cooking until it thickens slightly and then set aside to cool down
In a large mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, matcha and honey and mix until everything is fully combined.
Divide between two bowls and top with the berry compote
Sprinkle over hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds to serve!
