Slow Cooked Mexican Beef

Ingredientes

1kg diced beef

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp sweet paprika

1/2 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp coriander leaves

2 tbsp vegeta stock seasoning

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1 dried ancho chilli

1 dried guajillo chilli

2 dried Arbol chilies

4 bay leaves

1 cinnamon stick

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 can crushed tomatoes

3 tbsp tomato paste

10 cloves of garlic finely diced

2 diced brown onion

1/2 cup beef stock

Instrucciones

Add diced beef, brown onion, garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, mixed Mexican dried chillies, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, cumin, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, vegeta, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder coriander & brown sugar to your slow cooker and mix until everything is well combined.

Slow cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.
