Sakura Martini

Last week, I introduced the Sakura Martini with a photo to celebrate the start of spring 🌸

Today, it’s time for the Reel! I’m a super fan of this simple garnish, what do you think?

2,5oz Ginjo sake

3/4oz Japanese gin (I’ve used Roku)

1/4 tsp Maraschino cherry liqueur

Salt-pickled cherry blossom

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a salted cherry blossom
