The most comforting & simple healthy Chinese dessert coming your way 🫶🏼
姜撞奶 aka “Ginger Smashes Milk” 🫚🥛
Ingredients: (per serve)
180ml fresh/pasteurised milk
15g ginger juice (1 tbsp)
Optional: 1 tbsp sugar
Instrucciones
Wash ginger, remove skin, grate well then sieve through to extract juice. (Alternatively, blend ginger then squeeze through cheese cloth)
Heat milk to 70-80C (add sugar in here if you’d like)
To a bowl, add 1 tbsp ginger juice then pour milk directly in.
Place a plate on top and leave it to set for 8-10mins. *DO NOT stir/move the bowl during this time.
