2 Banana
1/2 cup Quick oats
1 scoop Whey protein powder
1 tbsp Peanut butter
handful Blueberries
100 g Low fat Greek yoghurt
5 Raspberry
1 tbsp Honey
Instrucciones
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add the quick oats, whey protein powder, and peanut butter.
Step 3
Mix everything together until fully combined.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into two portions and shape them into round cookie shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
Step 6
Once baked, let them cool slightly.
Step 7
Top with Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
