Ingredientes

A tasty little clover club riff by one of my favorite cocktail creators @theeducatedbarfly . I’m in LA for the first time at the moment so posting this today just feels right. Also @chappellroan idk if you drink but my wife’s brain would probably melt if you liked this video.

3/4oz lemon juice

3/4oz strawberry syrup

1/4oz campari

1 ¾ gin

1 egg white

Instrucciones

Add everything to a shaker without ice. Shake hard for 8-10 seconds. Add a large ice cube (this will create a real nice foam) and shake again for another 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled glass, preferably a pint glass but I don’t have one, and enjoy!
