1 medium cauliflower

½ cup buffalo sauce

Coating:

1 cup flour

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1 cup vegan buttermilk

1 cup cornflakes

Dip:

¼ cup plain vegan yogurt

2 tbsp vegan mayo

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instrucciones

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Coating

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt.

Pour in the vegan buttermilk and stir until smooth.

Crush the cornflakes with your hands and mix them into the batter.

Add the cauliflower florets and toss until fully coated.

Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer or on a baking sheet.

Air fry or bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a large bowl, pour in the buffalo sauce, and toss until evenly coated.

Return to the air fryer or oven and cook for another 7–10 minutes at 390°F (200°C) to set the sauce.

Dip

Stir together the yogurt, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a small bowl until smooth.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower wings hot with the creamy dip. Sprinkle with chopped chives if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy!
