1 cup of almond flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

One cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Two eggs

2 tablespoons of melted butter

2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Instrucciones

Instructions: Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and get a baking tray ready. Mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix in the eggs, butter, and cream until you have a soft dough. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix. Scoop out the dough and shape it into rounds on the tray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
