Ingredientes

1-1/4 cups warm water

1 package dry yeast

2 tablespoons vegetable shortening

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons sugar

3 cups flour

Instrucciones

Dissolve yeast in water

Add shortening, salt and sugar

Mix in half the flour; beat til smooth

Add remaining flour; blend in slowly

Knead; let rise for 1 hour

Shape into loaf and let rise

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Remove from pan and cool
