Personally I’m rooting for Gaitok and Belinda to have the happy endings they deserve, whatever they might be. Also, $100k ain’t gonna cut it, Greg. 😂

This White Lotus cocktail was inspired by the locations of all three seasons (Hawaii, Italy, Thailand).

White Lotus

1 ½ oz pineapple and peach infused white rum

1/2 oz vanilla, cinnamon and coconut simple syrup

3/4 oz lime juice

Prosecco

Shake, strain and top with prosecco. Garnish with a white edible flower. I used a gardenia for its intoxicating aroma.
