Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • x1 mug of rice

  • 500g chicken mince

  • x1 brown onion

  • x1 spring onion

  • X1 tablespoon of Chinese five spice x3

  • x1 teaspoon of chilli flakes

  • x2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • x2 teaspoons of onion powder

  • veggies of choice - courgette, carrot, cabbage, sweetcorn

Sauce:

  • Chinese five spice

  • x3 tablespoons of oyster sauce

  • x5 tablespoons of light soy sauce

  • x3 teaspoons of sesame oil

Instrucciones

  1. Cook the rice.

  2. Cook the chicken and onions in a frying pan and add the aromatics. Set aside once cooked.

  3. Fry the veggies in the same pan and mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Taste the sauce and make sure the balance is right between the soy/oyster/five spice.

  4. Once the rice is cooked add it to the pan along with the chicken, mix together with the sauce

  5. serve with sesame seeds and the spring onions
