Pandan Fizz

Ingredientes

1oz (30ml) Coconut Fat Wash Rum *

1/2oz (15ml) Chartreuse jaune

1/2oz (15ml) Pandan syrup

1/2oz (15ml) Fresh lime juice

Soda Water

Coconut Fat Wash Rum

200g Rum

70g Coconut fat

Instrucciones

Melt the coconut fat in a jar and pour the rum over it.

Let it cool down. Put it in the freezer for a night.

Filter it with a cheese cloth and pour in a bottle
