Cheese Foam

3 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
3 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
Instrucciones
Cream the cream cheese. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, milk, sugar and salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Beat the heavy cream. Add cold heavy whipping cream and whisk until thick, frothy with soft peaks. Be careful to not overwhip it may curdle.
Serve. Serve on top of cold drink of choice. Enjoy!
