Ingredientes

Drink Pumpkin Pie

5oz water

1oz Amontillado Cinnamon syrup*

30ml Pumpkin Puree

6 dashes Angostura

1oz Frangelico

½ Aged Rum

1oz Heavy Cream, lightly whipped

Method: Fill a heat resident glass with boiling water to heat it up and set aside. In a saucepan, combine first four ingredients and stir until heated (do not boil). Pour the Frangelico and Aged Rum into the heated glass followed by about 3oz of the Pumpkin mixture. Lightly whip the heavy cream and carefully layer on top of the cocktail.
