1 1/4 water to 1/2 c starter and mix
Add
2 3/4 c flour
1 T salt
Instrucciones
mix together and rest 30 min
Stretch and fold 4 x
1st rise: Rest 8 hr covered at room temperature- should double in size
2nd rise: stretch into rectangle and fold into self in 3 and roll into loaf tray
Cover with another loaf and rise 8 hr in fridge
425 covered 30 min then 10 min uncovered
