450 calories & 40.7g of protein
500g 5% fat beef mince
1 large head of Pak Choi , separated into leaves and stems
1 tbsp garlic granules
120g Hoisin Sauce (about 5tbsp)
30ml light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
A large handful of beansprouts
300g cooked Egg Noodles
Sesame Seeds, optional
Instrucciones
Spray a pan heavily with some cooking then add in your mince and allow to cook over a high heat for about 5 minutes or until browned and cooked all the way through.
Once your mince is fully cooked add in your garlic granules and the stems of the pak choi, along with a splash of water, and allow to cook for a minute or 2 until the stems soften a little.
Next add in both the soy and hoisin sauces, allow to bubble for a couple of minutes, then add in the sriracha, beansprouts and leaves off the pak choi; allow to cook for a few minutes until the stems are fully tender.
Finally add in your cooked noodles, stir really
well and add in a little more water if they’re looking a little dry.
Taste for seasoning, top with sesame seeds if you’re using them, and then enjoy ❤️
