Chicken sliced into strips, coated in egg and cornflour, sprayed with oil, then into the air fryer at 180 for 6 minutes.
Flip, spray again, and cook for another 6.
Onions and peppers go in, spray once more, and air fry for 3 more minutes.
For the sauce:
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
Cook a pack of Nongshim ramen noodles (or any instant noodles), toss everything with the sauce, and air fry again for 5 minutes until it’s glossy and coated.
