Ingredientes

1 lb ground beef

6 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instrucciones

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy Alfredo sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
