Airfryer Granola

Air Fryer Granola Bars (makes 6)
100g rolled oats
50g mixed nuts chopped
30g desiccated coconut
50g pumpkin seeds
50g dried cranberries
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
60g unsalted butter melted
60g honey
Instrucciones
Method:
1: Scatter the oats, nuts, coconut, seeds, cranberries and cinnamon into a bowl then stir through the melted butter and honey until fully combined. Pop this mixture into a heat proof and lined baking dish measuring approx. 8” x 5” then compress down until flat. Pop into the air fryer and cook at 170c for 15 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool in the dish then remove and cut into six equal sized bars.
