Rice Pilaf

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
100g onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp of chicken better than bullion
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 1/2 cup water
Instrucciones
Rinse rice. Let dry.
Melt butter. Add rice. Brown rice. Then, add onions, garlic, and pepper. Cook until onion is soft.
Add water and chicken BTB. Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 18 min. Let stand another 10 min. Fluff with fork.
