Black Bean Burgers

You’ll need:
2 cups no-salt-added canned black beans (drained, liquid reserved)
1 medium onion, quartered
½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp chili powder
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Just blend everything in a food processor until chunky, adding a splash of bean liquid if needed. Shape into 4 patties, chill for 20 mins, then sear in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 8–10 mins, flipping once. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings!
