Instrucciones
Make fine paste of coconut, shallots, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and pepper along with some water.

Cutting Crabs
- Remove the legs from the main body 
- Remove the tip of small legs of the crab 
- Use the biting claw leg as is 
- Open the main shell from bottom by splitting across from head to back into two 
- Once main shell is opened, yellow and orange mushy things are good. Not all crabs have orange mushy things 
- Also, inside the shell, remove black mushy things which may be poop. However, brown mushy around the orange-yellow mushy are good to consume 
- If the legs are big, ensure to make a crack so the curry can ooze into flesh 
- Main top shell is not used for cooking
