Big Mac Smashed Tacos

Ingredientes

Mini Taco Tortilla

450g @Fettayleh Mince Meat

Salt and Pepper

Garlic Powder

Cheese Slices

Onion, diced

Iceberg Lettuce

Pickles

Burger Sauce

6 Tbsp Mayo

4 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Pickle Juice

1/2 Tsp Paprika, Garlic, Onion Salt

Evenly flatten the mince on the tortilla wrap & season with garlic powder & salt! Heat olive oil in a pan & cook the meat side for 5-6 mins & flip over and repeat. Add cheese and cover to melt. Serve with lettuce, pickles, onion & burger sauce.
