Ingredientes

2 1/2 Lb Chicken parts (boneless/skinless)

1 C Onion - chopped

1 1/2 Lb Smoked Sausage

1 tsp Black pepper

2 C Long Grain Rice

6 C Water

Instrucciones

Boil chicken and onion in water until tender.

Slice sausage in 1/2 inch pieces.

Add sausage, pepper, rice to chicken.

Simmer until all broth is absorbed and rice is cooked.

Notas

This recipe is simple and totally delicious. It comes via Barb from her Uncle Scott and Aunt Betsy.

In entering this recipe, I find that you could likely substitute chicken stock/broth for the water to add even more flavor.
