Sea Salt Sour Recipe Using Fellow Saltbush & Olive Vodka

45ml FELLOW Saltbush & Olive Vodka
10ml blue curaçao
30ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
15ml olive brine
Egg white (or aquafaba)
Instrucciones
Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) to build foam
Add ice and shake again until frothy and well chilled
Strain into a short glass with a salt rim
Garnish with an olive
